20,000-Layer Poultry House Project Successfully Dispatched

We are pleased to announce that the complete equipment package for the 20,000-layer poultry house project has been successfully packed and shipped to our client. This shipment marks the delivery of a large-scale, fully automated egg production system designed for commercial poultry farming.

Project Background

The client required a highly efficient housing system to support a flock of more than 20,000 laying hens, with full integration of automated feeding, egg collection, manure removal, and climate control. The poultry house design and equipment were customized according to the client’s climate, land conditions, and production goals.

Project specifications:

  • Poultry house size: 80 meters long × 16 meters wide × 3.5 meters high
  • Total bird capacity: 21,120 laying hens
  • Cage system: A-type layer cages, 4 tiers, 5 doors per set
  • Layout: 4 rows × 33 cage sets = 132 sets

Equipment Shipped

The shipment includes all core systems and components necessary for installation and operation:

  • 132 sets of A-type layer chicken cages (hot-dip galvanized)
  • 2 gantry-type automatic feeding machines (each controls 2 cage rows)
  • 2 scraper-type manure removal systems
  • 4 automatic egg collection systems (1 per row)
  • Ventilation system including cooling fans, cooling pads, and air inlets
  • One integrated environmental control cabinet

All equipment was thoroughly inspected and securely packed into containers. Labels, installation guides, and a detailed packing list are included to ensure smooth unloading and setup on site.

Logistics and Delivery

The full system was loaded into two 40-foot high cube containers. Each component was palletized, reinforced, and moisture-protected for international shipping. The equipment is expected to arrive at the destination port within the scheduled lead time. Our logistics team will provide continuous tracking support to the client throughout the shipping process.

Installation Support

Upon arrival, our technical team will provide:

  • Remote installation guidance or on-site support, if required
  • System operation manuals and training documentation
  • One-year warranty on all main components
  • After-sales service and spare parts supply
